Decided not only am I rusty, it is also time for some drastic improvements. I'm going to be drawing a lot more working on some stuff. I'll try to reference the photos I use in the comments. The BG was a compilation and so was the dress.  BTW, don't google "skirt blowing in the wind". My eyes were bleeding. And if you wear skirts, wear underwear for the love of pete. 
Character is my own Shaeniire. I really think her design needs an upgrade. Keeping the color scheme but the balance is off and so might change her markings, which is hard because she really hasn't changed in a decade.
